Hello James,
The number you found is actually for the logic/circuit board, not the garage door opener itself.
Based on the circuit board number, you probably have a LiftMaster Low Profile Screw Drive garage door opener with one of the following Model numbers: 2110, 2110C, 2220 or 2220C.
To find the model number for your garage door opener, take a look at the picture from Liftmaster’s site at the link below. The image says “Chamberlain,” but Chamberlain makes Liftmaster garage door openers.
