The LiftMaster garage door opener model 3240 is a 1/2 HP screw drive garage door opener engineered for smooth, quiet operation in extreme temperatures. The redesigned one-piece galvanized steel rail reduces friction and deliveres a virtually maintenance-free drive system.

The LiftMaster model 3240 includes the patented Motor Vibration Isolation System (MVIS®) that reduces operating noise and contributes to smoother operation. The 1/2 HP motor is strong enough to lift most single and double car garage doors and is backed by a lifetime motor warranty. LiftMaster's Smart Garage Door Opener® feature lets you program security codes from the control panel or from the powerhead.
