The LiftMaster garage door opener model 1355 is a contractor grade 1/2 HP chain drive garage door opener with durable chain drive and strong lifting power. This lighter grade chain drive model is from LiftMaster's Contractor Series of openers and is suitable for single and double car garage doors, unless you have a heavy, solid wooden garage door or carriage house door. 1345 - 1/3 HP with 75 Watts of Light, One Single-Button Remote Control and one lighted control button (like a door bell button). This model has a 2-year motor warranty and 1-year parts warranty.
