The LiftMaster garage door opener model 1345 is a contractor grade 1/3 HP chain drive garage door opener with durable chain drive for consistent performance. This lighter grade 1/3 HP chain drive model is LiftMaster's entry level model in the Contractor Series. The LiftMaster model 1345 is suitable for lighter weight garage doors and is outfitted with the most basic of accessories, including one single button remote control and a doorbell-like lighted control button.
