The Genie Quiet Lift garage door opener is a 1/2 HP garage opener with a belt drive system that is fiber reinforced for strength and quiet operation. This quiet belt drive garage door opener is designed for homes with living space above or adjacent to your garage.

Like all Genie garage door opener models, the QuietLift™ opener comes with standard security and safety features, including the Safe-T-Beam® self diagnostic system that stops and reverses the garage door if something interrupts it during operation. Genie also includes Intellicode® rolling code technology to automatically change the electronic access code every time the opener is used.

The Genie Quiet Lift belt drive model comes standard with two 3-button remote controls and a push button wall control, as well as a 15-year motor warranty and 3-year parts warranty. Genie also offers the BeltLift™ and Pro Stealth® professionally installed belt drive garage door opener models if you prefer not to install your own. The QuietLift™ model is also HomeLink® compatible, allowing you to open and close your garage door with the HomeLink button in your car if yours is so equipped.

NOTE: A rail extension kit is necessary if your garage door is more than 7' 6" tall.
