Funky Little Shack Garden Shed

My husband Joe built this 6x8 garden studio last year, using mostly salvaged materials. The whole project cost us around $200. We used old rusted barn roofing, discarded windows, and scrap lumber.

Joe designed the structure himself and this was his first building project. It's a cozy little space, the perfect size for garden tool storage and writing at the built-in desk/bench.

Because most of the materials are weathered, inside it feels like an old building with lots of character.
